I am in the process of writing a "how-to" guide for individuals and groups wanting to hold their own HamCram events. What you see here, available for downloading, is a PDF of my first draft. It is about 10 pages long. Please feel free to download and read it, sending me your comments and questions. I will update the file more or less weekly until the Cookbook is completed.
